The Chamber of Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration of Occitanie is one of the oldest arbitration chambers in France. It was created on February 26th, 1982.  

The Chamber is a non-profit institution, which organises arbitrations, mediations and conciliations throughout France and abroad.

The Chamber, through the range of services it offers and the different skills of its members, is multidisciplinary and multifaceted. It can hear all disputes, commercial or civil, concerning any professional or company in the exercise of its activity.

The Chamber is a member of the Federation of Arbitration Centers and the Toulouse European City of Law Association.
